Feb. 21, 2018

  • Samuel D. Indilicato, 36, 246 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Bruce A. Joslyn, Jr., 34, 5365 Canal St., Durhamville, was arrested on two separate arrest warrants each charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. He was also arrested on another arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned on that charge in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $250 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.
  • Bruce A. Joslyn, Sr., 55, 5365 Canal St., Durhamville, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

Feb. 22, 2018

  • Timothy W. Shetler, Jr., 33, 507 Charles St., Chittenango, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was held on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.
  • Jennifer S. Shetler, 34, 507 Charles St., Chittenango, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.
  • Laura A. Richmond, 49, 414 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with having an inadequate muffler and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Travis R. Durant, 18, 122 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Thomas M. Taverne, 22, 5375 Main St., Durhamville, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.
  • Nelson J. Caviedes, 39, 35 Woodworth Road, Central Square, was arrested on an arrest warrant pursuant to a joint investigation between the Oneida Police Department and the state Health Department Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement. The charges were first-degree falsifying business records, fraud and deceit regarding a controlled substance, as well as a state Public Health Law violation regarding the manufacture, sale or possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court, where he was released on his own recognizance pending further court action.
