Madison County Undersheriff Robert Lenhart announced a state of emergency has been issued by Madison County Board of Supervisors Chairman John M. Becker effective immediately. All roads in Madison County are closed until 6 a.m.
Roads are closed to those except emergency personnel and others performing activities to save lives, prevent injury or protect property.
Crews will continue working to clear roads throughout the night.
