Brindisi welcomes Education Lobby Day in Albany
Jan. 9 was Education Lobby Day in Albany, a chance to hear from area education advocates about their priorities for the state legislature in 2018.
I am in agreement with this year’s goals, which include providing a quality education to all New York students; providing access to music, arts, and sports; having smaller class sizes; and making sure our students have updated textbooks and new technology,” said Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi. “Since not all students have these things, I will continue working with all those involved in public education this year to provide the fair and equitable funding our students deserve.”
