- Gregory K. Williams, 28, no permanent address, was issued a criminal summons charging him with 2 counts of harassment in the second degree.
- James J. Lussier, 48, 313 MacArthur Pkwy., Oneida, was charged with assault in the third degree.
- Colton J. Jaquin, 22, 5269 E. Seneca St., Vernon, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
March 16, 2018
- Aaron E. Dean, 25, 11100 Webster Hill, Boonville, was charged with unlicensed operator, tailed to yield the right of way upon entering a roadway and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
- Parish T. Gibson, 48, 316 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
- George J. Genier, 24, 1212 Catherine St., Utica, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.
- Matthew A. Martin, 47, 3102 Apollo Rd., Blossvale, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with 2 counts of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he pled guilty to a reduced charge.

- Zachary A. Hudson, 41, 330 Leonard St., Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was ordered held, in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
March 18, 2018
- Alex S. West, 22, 3310 Simmons Rd., Vernon Center, was charged with petit larceny.
- Stephen L. Eaton, 57, 101 N. Broad St., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Fernando T. Reynolds, 30, 1424 Main St., Sylvan Beach, was charged with a red light violation and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Amanda J. Murray, 36, 824 Oswego St., Utica, was charged with stalking in the fourth degree.
March 19, 2018
- Michael J. Sanderson, 52, 1511 N. Salina St., Syracuse, was charged with speeding, unsafe passing, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
- Amy E. Messinger, 39, 5218 Nelson Rd., Cazenovia, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of trespass and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her own recognizance.
March 20, 2018
- Amethyst M. Lowry, 28, 237 E. Grove St., Oneida, was charged with operating without insurance, suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Christopher M. Barcomb, 32, 106 Cramer Ave., Oneida was charged with an arrest warrant charging him with endangering the welfare of a child and 2 counts of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $500 cash or $1,000 bond. He was also charged relative to a bench warrant which alleges that he failed to comply with conditions on original charges of criminal trespass in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court on that bench warrant and was ordered held without bail.

- Daniel R. Windhausen, 50, 57 Brett St., Verona, was charged with operating with a suspended registration.

- Darrell Wilson, 30, 123 Livingston Ave., Albany, was charged with no/illegal signal, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
