- Jessica M. Walker, 40, 102 West St., Oneida was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- Mark S. Durham Sr., 25, 80 Grantville Road, Norfolk, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree robbery, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held pending further court action.

- A 16-year-old Oneida youth was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
- A 17-year-old Verona youth was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

- Kelly L. Bouyea, 40, 184 Canal St., Canastota, was charged with speeding and having a suspended registration.
- Eric J. Mahler, 18, 1081 Abes Way, Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

- Linda L. Ortman, 61, 161 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment.
- Jennifer S. Shetler, 34, 507 Charles St., Chittenango, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to comply with conditions regarding original charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held without bail.
