State Police investigating a stabbing incident in the town of Salina
Yunis Osman Aden was located in Chelsea, Massachusetts where he was taken into custody without incident. The investigation is continuing.
State Police in North Syracuse are investigating a stabbing that occurred outside the residence at 380 Electronics Parkway in the town of Salina.
At approximately 5:51 p.m., Troopers responded to 380 Electronics Parkway where they discovered a 54 year-old male with a stab wound to his lower abdomen. The victim was transported to SUNY Upstate Medical Center where he underwent surgery and is currently listed in stable condition.
The investigation has revealed the victim and another male, identified as 24-year-old, Yunis Osman Aden were in a domestic dispute outside the residence when Aden stabbed the victim and then ran south down Electronics Parkway. Aden was last seen getting into a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu with NY registration HYF-1487. He is described as a black male, 5-feet 5-inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.
