Tenney will appear on three lines in November
Rep. Claudia Tenney announced she will appear on the Republican, Conservative and Reform party lines in the November general election.
“Thanks to the tireless efforts of our dedicated volunteers and supporters across the Mohawk Valley and Southern Tier, our campaign has earned the support of the Republican, Conservative and Reform parties in the 22nd district,” said Tenney. “I am honored to receive the endorsements and official backings of three parties that all share in a strong commitment to advocating for common sense principles that put taxpayers first and create critical ethics reform in our government.”
The announcement comes after Tenney received endorsements from Republican committees and chairmen across all eight counties of the 22nd District and the Conservative Party of New York. A spokesperson for the New York Reform Party also weighed in on their official endorsement for Tenney’s re-election.
“Congresswoman Tenney is a longtime champion of ethics reform who is a fierce advocate for government transparency and accountability in Congress,” said Frank Morano, spokesperson for the New York Reform Party. “Rep. Tenney earned the Reform Party’s endorsement for her strong record of tackling corruption on both sides of the aisle and championing bi-partisan legislation to keep our schools safe and increase funding for the opioid crisis devastating our communities in New York.”
In Congress, Tenney has been a champion of cutting taxes, reducing regulations on small businesses and family farms, fighting for active duty service members and veterans and has been the leading voice on holding the political class accountable.
