Central Square man arrested on sex abuse charges
On April 30, 2018, State Police arrested Austin M. Baker, 20, of Central Square, for first-degree sex abuse (a D felony), forcible touching ( class A misdemeanor) and endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanor) related to an incident that occurred at a residence in the town of West Monroe on or about Nov. 11, 2017.
Baker is accused of having sexual contact with a female under the age of 17. He was arraigned in Parish Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to appear in West Monroe Town Court May 7, 2018.
