Student arrested on criminal sex act charges
On Aug. 30, 2018, Morgan Y. Little, 20, of West Palm Beach, Fla., was arrested for third-degree criminal sexual act, a class E felony.
Police say Little is a sophomore at Hamilton College in Clinton and was charged following an investigation into a report of sexual assault on the Hamilton College campus. The incident occurred during the morning hours of Aug. 25, 2018.
Little was processed at SP Marcy and transported to the Oneida County Jail and was awaiting centralized court arraignment.
The investigation was conducted by the state Campus Sexual Assault Victims Unit.
