  • Brandon M. Perkins, 23, of 427 Wilbur St., Oneida, was charged with operating with a suspended registration.
  • Johnny W. Stanley, 50, of 406 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Nancy L. Burns, 59, of 189 Madison St., Oneida was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.

Feb. 16, 2019

  • Codie J. Moore, 27, of 189 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Timothy A. Christman Jr., 31, no permanent address, was arrested on two arrest warrants each charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond.

Feb. 17, 2019

  • Morgan W. Shlotzhauer, 37, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine on an original charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was remanded in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond.
  • John W. Kober, 48, of 4393 Old County Road, Munnsville, was charged with insufficient tail lamps, illegal signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Lindsay N. Barres (Kabot), 34, of 1111 Park Ave., Sylvan Beach, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.
  • Becky R. Evans, 19, of 321 Pleasant Ave., Oneida, was charged with failure to dim headlights, depositing refuse on the highway, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Marilynn Keil, 29, of 491 State Route 31, Williamstown, was charged with inadequate stop lamps and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Feb. 18, 2019

  • Jeffrey T. Coonrod, 27, of 140 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Mary Jane Coonrod, 24, of 212 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Alicia A. Coonrod, 31, of 352 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Amanda L. Hopkins, 29, of 127 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Michael A. Ellsworth, 25, of 235 Belmont Ave., Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Brandy M. Laflesh, 39, of 122 Vanderbilt Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

  • Julie F. Schuler, 25, of 217 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

Feb. 20, 2019

  • Kayla R. Hewitt, 27, of 11 Territory Rd., Oneida, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, speed in zone and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Teaija L. Gaut, 37, of 199 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with giving a false written statement and falsely reporting an incident. She was also arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or bail bond.

Feb. 21, 2019

  • Matthew F. Petzoldt, 35, of 447 E. Walnut St., Oneida, was charged with depositing refuse onto the highway, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Christopher J. Conniff, 45, of 170 Kenwood Ave., Oneida, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, refusing a breath screening device and driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in Lenox Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Ronnie A. Corbett, 60, 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida was served a criminal summons to appear in court regarding a petit larceny charge.
