(Granby, NY – July 27, 2013) Investigators with the New York State Police in Fulton have arrested Matthew E. Arnold, 23, of 821 State Route 176, Fulton for the following charges:
First-degree Criminal Sexual Act – Class B Felony
Endangering the Welfare of a Child – Class A Misdemeanor
The arrest was the result of an incident that occurred on July 24 in the Town of Granby; where Arnold was alleged to have had forcible anal sex with a 13 year old juvenile. (Identity withheld)
Arnold is being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on Aug. 12, 2013.
