(Town of Annsville, NY – Jan. 5, 2013) On Jan. 5 at approximately 3 p.m. State Police in Lee arrested Denis J. Hartman Jr, 22, of Taberg, for one count of second-degree Reckless Endangerment.
The arrest was subsequent to an investigation that revealed that while Hartman was target shooting in a field behind his residence, he was shooting at targets that were set up on a snowbank in the direction of a residence that was struck by two rounds.
Hartman was processed at SP Lee, and issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Annsville court on Jan. 14 at 5 p.m.
