(Remsen, NY – Jan. 25, 2013) On Jan. 25 the New York State Police in Marcy located missing runaway Brittany LaClair in the City of Utica with the assistance of the tips called in from area residents who had seen yesterday’s media coverage.
The State Police would like to thank area callers and the media for their assistance in this investigation.

(Remsen, NY – Jan. 24, 2013) – State Police in Remsen is searching for 17 year-old Brittany A. Laclair from 414 Academy Street in the Village of Prospect, Oneida County.
Brittany was last seen at her residence on November 21, 2012. Her mother stats she made contact with her via text message on November 23, 2012 but has not been seen since.
Brittany is described as being 5′ 5″ tall, 150 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. She may be in the company of the father of her 10 month old child, Joel Barney.
