(Syracuse, NY – Feb. 1, 2013) On Jan. 31 at approximately 9 p.m.
The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) executed a search warrant at 2026 Harwood Drive Apartment #2 in the Village of Sandy Creek, Oswego County.
Investigators arrested 27-year-old, Rebecca S. Keegan, from that residence for third-degree Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a class “D” felony.
Keegan was arraigned at the Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash/ $ 20,000 bond pending court adjudication.
