(Marcy, NY – Feb. 25, 2013) On Feb. 23, the New York State Police in Marcy arrested Louis Cosimeno, 23, of 903 Lennox St. Rome and charged him with second-degree Burglary, a class “C” felony.
The arrest stemmed from a 3 month investigation into a residential burglary that occurred on Route 291 in the Town of Marcy.
He was arraigned in the Town of Marcy Court and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $15,000 bail.
