(Utica, NY – March 10, 2013)  A one month long investigation by the New York State Police Special Investigations Unit in Utica resulted in the arrest of a Rome resident for charges relating to the possession and distribution of untaxed tobacco products, following a stop of his vehicle in the City of Rome in Oneida County.

On Saturday, March 9,2013, State Police executed search warrants upon David J. Nadeau, 54, of 604 W. Court Street, Rome as well as his vehicle, following a traffic stop in the City of Rome.
