“With the recent passage of the 2013-14 state budget, I know many Central New York families have questions and concerns about how it will impact our community. This year’s fiscally responsible final budget strengthens our economic recovery by fostering continued growth, while holding spending under 2 percent. By providing vital tax relief to working families and local businesses, this budget will help create jobs and ease the financial burden on business owners and middle-class families. In addition, increased funding to education and agricultural programs will allow us to provide our children with a quality education and help our farmers grow and remain competitive within the state’s farming industry.”

Anyone with questions regarding the town hall meeting or any other issue may call my district office at 452-1115, noted Stirpe.
