(Hamilton, NY – May 2013) A local artist, painter and Tai Chi instructor, Amy Eustance offers an introduction to Tai Chi. Known as the internal martial art, Tai Chi is recognized as a series of slow graceful movements choreographed like a dance. This mind-body activity emphasizes minimal exertion yielding maximum results. Benefits include: relaxation, stress management, improved balance and concentration, greater self-awareness, and general well-being.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in May on the 21st, 23rd, 28th and 30th from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Community Room of the Hamilton Public Library.
