(Utica, NY – May 17, 2013) Chris Urban of Holland Patent has been re-elected commander of Utica Post 229 American Legion and Jesse Patterson of Utica is the new commander of Harold Provost Post 1686. They and other newly elected officers for the 2013-2014 year were installed at a recent joint ceremony presided over by Oneida County Legion Commander David Riley of Rome.

Patterson is an Army veteran who served in Vietnam. Urban is a retired Navy commander who piloted ship-based helicopters.

2nd Vice Commander: Bob Stronach.

3rd Vice Commander: David Wilson.

Adjutant: Anthony Palladino.

Treasurer: James Haggerty.

Chaplain: Paul Wojcik.

Sgt.-at-Arms: Wayne Dapre.

Judge Advocate: Albert Alteri.

Historian: Al Kohler.

Executive Board: Frank Cassella, Tom O’Toole, Vin Zaleski, Jack LaPaglia, Stew Bailey.
