(Rome, NY – May 24, 2013) On May 23, 2013, the New York State Police in Lee Center arrested Dustin R. Pardy, 18, of 8334 Turin Road, Rome subsequent to a domestic dispute the NYSP investigated on May 22 in the City of Rome.
Pardy is alleged to have threatened and menaced a female with a wood splitting maul. He was taken into custody by Trooper Donald Moore and charged with second-degree Menacing (misdemeanor). He was arraigned in the City of Rome Court before the Hon. Daniel Wilson and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $500 bail.
Marcy BCI arrests Fugitive
(Marcy, NY – May 24, 2013) On May 23, 2013, the New York State Police in Marcy arrested Christopher M. Daly, 33, an inmate at Midstate Correctional Facility. Daly, who had finished serving a sentence as a parole violator, was taken into custody as he was being released from NYSDOCCS custody due an active arrest warrant from the Montgomery County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Office.
Daly was wanted in Pennsylvania on a charge of Violation of Probation due to a conviction for Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy. I
nvestigator Brett Vanderlan charged him with being a Fugitive from Justice. He was arraigned in the Town of Marcy Court by the Hon David Kozyra and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on no bail pending extradition proceedings.
