(Watertown, NY – June 3, 2013) State Police in Watertown arrested Heather L. Graham, age 41, from 5504 Iradell Rd. Ithaca on two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class C Felony), one count of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (Class E Felony) and one count of Public Health Law 3304 (which makes it unlawful to dispense a controlled substance except as expressly allowed by this article), unclassified Misdemeanor.
Graham, while working for Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department, did on two separate occasions from April 16 to May 10, 2013 dispense Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) from the PYXIS Automated Dispensing Unit without a lawful physicians order. The aggregate weight of dispensed narcotics was .337 ounces, and .27 ounces. 
State Police also arrested Dawn R. Harrison, age 46, from 97 South Main St. Dolgeville for one count of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class A Misdemeanor), one count of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (Class E Felony) and one count of Public Health Law 3304 (which makes it unlawful to dispense a controlled substance except as expressly allowed by this article), unclassified Misdemeanor.
Harrison, while working for the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department, did on separate occasions from May 1 to May 8, 2013 dispense Dilaudid (Hydromorphone), Norco, and Tylenol w/ Codeine from the PYXIS Automated Dispensing Unit without a lawful physicians order. The aggregate weight of dispensed narcotics was less than 1/8 of an ounce.
Defendants were arraigned in the Village of Adams Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $1,000 bail each, pending Grand Jury action.
