(Watertown, NY – June 4, 2013) State Police in Watertown arrested Kristoffer L. Fultz, age 30, from 95131 B Desoto Dr., Fort Drum for one count of second-degree Assault, a class “D” felony, and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor. 
Fultz is charged with causing physical injury to a 2 month old infant. The victim had a broken arm and two broken ribs. The incident occurred at the residence on Fort Drum on Thursday, May 30.
The child is receiving medical care at the Golisano Childrens Hospital in Syracuse.
The defendant was arraigned in the Town of Leray Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $20,000 bail.
The State Police were assisted in this investigation by Jefferson County Child Protective Services and Fort Drum CID. Fultz is not a soldier.
