(Utica, NY – June 20, 2013) On June 17, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Devon Wilkins, 35, from Hawthorne Avenue in the City of Utica for third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class “B” felony.
After a two month long investigation, a search warrant w
as executed at a Downer Avenue residence where Wilkins was found in possession of “crack” cocaine, a scale, and packaging material. At the time of the arrest, Wilkins was out on bail from a drug arrest from February of this year.
Wilkins was arraigned before Utica City Court and committed to The Oneida County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
