(Cicero, NY – July 2013) Assemblyman Al Stirpe (D-Cicero) will be holding his 7th Annual Lifesavers Blood Drive and Health Fair on Tuesday, July 16. The fair will feature a blood drive, free health screenings, seminars, refreshments, live music and prizes for blood donors. The event will run from noon to 8 p.m. at Driver’s Village in Cicero with the last blood donor appointment scheduled at 7 p.m. A shuttle will transport people from the parking lot to the entrance of the building between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
“The Lifesavers Blood Drive and Health Fair is a great way for members of the community to learn about current health issues, get access to free health screenings, and to help save a life by donating blood,” Assemblyman Stirpe said.
There will be several free health seminars. Please call 452-1115 to register ahead of time. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. The time of each seminar and a brief description is below:
