(Lysander, NY – July 19, 2013) On July 12 State Police in Lysander arrested 22 year-old Lewis A. McGuinness III from Woodsboro Drive in Baldwinsville for Promoting a Sex Performance of a Child, a class “D” felony and Possession of a Sexual Performance of a Child, a class “E” felony.
McGuiness is charged with uploading and downloading child pornography images using his laptop computer.
He was arraigned in the Village of Baldwinsville Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $40,000 cash/ $60,000 bond.
The New York State Police were assisted by the US Secret Service, US Marshal Service and the Baldwinsville Village Police Department.
