(Trenton, NY – July 20, 2013) The State Police in Remsen arrested 25 year old Jacob T. Yaworski of Poland for Driving While Intoxicated after a traffic stop on Putnam Road in the Town of Trenton.
On July 20 at approximately 1:55 a.m. Yaworski was operating a 2009 Mercedes Benz traveling west on Putnam Road when he failed to dim his high beams and then failed to signal a left turn.
After further investigation Yaworski was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Yaworski was processed at the Remsen station and submitted to a breath test that resulted in a BAC of .17 percent.
Yaworski was issued UTT’s for DWI, failure to dim lights, and failure to signal turn all returnable to the Town of Trenton court on Aug. 5 at 4 p.m.
