(Oneida, NY – Aug. 2013) 
Kenneth L. Wood, 44, of Williams Street, Oneida was charged July 30 with Disorderly Conduct, Littering and Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Public. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $300 to appear Aug. 2.
Elizabeth A. Eckert, 32, of Route 49, Central Square was arrested July 30 on a charge of Issuing a Bad Check.
Mark E. Wright, 53, of N. Main Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons July 30 to appear in Oneida City Court Aug. 9 to answer a charge of second-degree Harassment.
Katherine A. Joslyn, 25, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons July 30 to appear in Oneida City Court Aug. 9 to answer a charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She is alleged to have failed to properly supervise a 2 year old child as the child was outside on a sidewalk unattended.
Michael T. Crowley Jr., 30, of N. Court Street, Wampsville was issued a criminal summons July 30 to appear in Oneida City Court Aug. 9 to answer charges of Petit Larceny and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief. He is alleged to have stolen money from Bryne Dairy while employed there and to have intentionally damaged property.
