Francis J. Churchill, 25, of Route 31, Canastota was arrested July 31 on a charge of second-degree Aggravated Harassment. Churchill is alleged to have made threatening phone calls to another person. He is to appear in court Aug. 2.
Jennifer M. Williams, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was charged July 31 with fourth-degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a class E Felony. She is alleged to have possessed stolen jewelry valued at $1,200. She is to appear Aug. 9.
