USC(Utica, NY – Aug. 2013) USC The Business College, with locations in Utica, Canastota and Oneonta, recently announced the appointments of three new employees to its Utica campus.

Kim Thompson was promoted to a position as a full-time faculty member at the Utica Campus.  Thompson, a Utica resident, received her M.S. in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College; her MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica College; her BA in Business Administration from Strayer University, and her AS in Liberal Arts from MVCC.

Thompson also attended USC. She is certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner by the Institute for Functional Medicine; a Nutritional Consultant by the Global College of Natural Medicine; a Life Coach by the Coach Training Alliance; and a Therapeutic Lifestyle Educator by Firs Line Therapy (R). She also has continued her education in many areas.

Thompson is also the owner/nutritionist of Healthy Transformations and has an extensive background in sales and banking. She also is a monthly regular on WKTV’s Noon News Talk, and has given many talks at MVCC and the Utica Public Library.

Dan Klockowski is joining the Utica USC full-time faculty.  Klockowski, a Frankfort resident, received his BS in Computer Science from SUNY IT, and his AOS in Microcomputer Technologies from USC.  Before joining USC, he was Senior Software Engineer at Capraro Technologies, Inc. and MIS Director at C.O.P.P.S. Medical.

Joining USC as Admissions Assistant is Tara Fletcher.  Fletcher, a Utica resident, received her AOS in Business Administration from USC.  She has served as Assistant Manager at Zumiez, Store Manager for Family Dollar, and a Customer Service Representative at The Hartford Insurance Group.
