(Oneida, NY – Aug. 15, 2013) Amy L. Chesebro, 37, of Madison Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Aug. 13 to appear in Oneida City Court Aug. 23 to answer a charge of third-degree Assault. Chesebro is alleged to have struck another person with an object causing a laceration and bleeding to the victim’s scalp requiring medical treatment.
Paul D. Miller, 26, of Devaul Road, Chittenango was charged Aug. 14 with Petit Larceny and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Walmart. He is to appear in court Aug. 23.
Gary E. Hopper, 44, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 14 with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. Hopper is alleged to have intentionally damaged another person’s property. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $500 to appear Aug. 16.
Richard A. Renfer, 42, of W. Elm Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 15 with Driving while Intoxicated, Operating with a BAC of .08 of one percent or more of alcohol and Unlicensed Operation. He is to appear Aug. 30.
