(Oneida, NY – Aug. 2013) Milton F. Lighthall, 43, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 13 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He is to appear Aug. 23.
Bradley K. Perry, 20, of Brotherton Road, Waterville was charged Aug. 12 with Petit Larceny. Perry is alleged to have failed to pay for food from Tuscan Oven. He is to appear Aug. 16.
Brandon L. Hammond, 25, of Madison Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 12 with Petit Larceny. Hammond is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Price Chopper. He is to appear Aug. 16.
Antonio L. Lawrence, 32, of Main Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 12 with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Lawrence is alleged to have possessed hydrocodone. He is to appear Aug. 30.
