(Oneida, NY – Oct. 24, 2013) Brian M. Semanco, 25, of Truemansburg, NY was charged Oct. 23 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. He is to appear in court Nov. 1.
Yousef A. Marji, 74, of Stone Street, Oneida was issued an appearance ticket Oct. 23 to appear in Oneida City Court Nov. 12 to answer a city trash ordinance violation.
