(Oct. 2013) I have had the pleasure of working directly with Ann Jones for over five years and have known her for about 15 years. She was my Human Resource Director while we were at the Bon Ton in Shoppingtown Mall.
One of the things that impressed me most about Ann was her attention to Customer Service. She was outstanding at providing customer service to our Customers as well as our Associates. Her leadership role in this enabled the store to achieve 90 percentile grades in our Customer Service scores.
Ann believes if one leads by example, the people working for you will follow suit, and that was apparent in the store’s customer service scores.
Ann Jones will bring to the table, not only experience and knowledge of the County Clerk’s office, but a “Can Do” attitude that will invigorate the staff to provide superior customer service to the residents of the county.
The County Clerk’s office is supposed to work for the residents. Ann knows how to do this and will elevate both the efficiency and the quality of this position.
I will certainly be proud to have Mrs. Jones as my County Clerk.
