(Oneida County, NY – Nov. 5, 2013) On November 1, 2013, Marcy State Police conducted an underage drinking enforcement operation in Oneida County which resulted in the arrests of three people for prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage to a person under the age of 21.
The following were arrested and charged with one count each of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and Prohibited Sale of Alcohol under the Alcohol Beverage Control law:
Christine Zimmerman, age 59, of Floyd –Hide-Away Pub, Old Floyd Road, Floyd
Brittany Rose, age 22, of Bridgwater – Patty’s Pub ST-20, Bridgewater
Andrew Williams, age 46, of Deansboro – Deansboro Hotel ST-12B, Deansboro
All were released on appearance tickets.
