(Pulaski, NY – Nov. 19, 2013) The State Police has released the name of the victim: Kyle M. Brown – age 23 – of 3926 East Road, Turin.

(Pulaski, NY – Nov.18, 2013) At approximately 2:06 p.m., this afternoon, State Police in Pulaski responded to a report of a construction accident at the F.X. Caprara construction site along State Route 13 in the Village of Pulaski.
The investigation revealed that a member of the construction crew on site, a 23 year-old male, was in the process of installing metal roofing on the new building, approximately 24 feet off the ground, when a gust of wind blew him and a piece of the roofing off of the roof structure. The victim was transported to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, by NOCA ambulance.
At approximately 5:15 p.m., the male victim was pronounced deceased from the injuries he had sustained in the fall. The name of the male victim is not being released until next of kin has been notified.
