(Oneida, NY – Nov. 22, 2013) Mindie E. Riggall, 28, of Barton Road, Pennellville was charged Nov. 20 with petit larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. She is to appear in court Dec. 6.
James K. Coonrod, 47, of Madison Street, Oneida was charged Nov. 22 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He is to appear Dec. 6.
Justin P. Bishop, 30, of Valley Drive East, Chittenango was arrested Nov. 21 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on a petit larceny charge. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $150 cash or $500 bond to appear Nov. 22.
