(Westmoreland, NY – Dec. 30, 2013) On Dec. 29, the New York State in Marcy arrested Samuel S. Hunt, 34, of 6769 Fairway Dr., Westmoreland, subsequent to a domestic dispute in the Town of Westmoreland.
Hunt is alleged to have violated an order of protection when he burned an article of clothing of the protected party, subjected her to physical contact, and took her telephone to prevent her from calling the police.
Hunt was charged with first-degree Criminal Contempt, fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and second-degree Harassment.
He was arraigned in the Town of Kirkland Court and posted bail.
