(Watertown, NY – Jan. 21, 2014) State Police in Watertown are requesting the public’s assistance. At approximately 9:10 a.m. an unidentified white male was found in the black river at the glen park hydroelectric dam located in Jefferson County.
The subject is described as a white male, approximately 6’0” to 6’03”, with beard and mustache, weighing approximately 260 pounds with black hair, brown eyes. The decent was found wearing a blue “American Eagle Outfitter” sweat shirt size x-large, greenish-tan vintage cargo pants, brown craftsman work boots approximate size 13, and a two sided belt (brown/black) size 44.
