(New Woodstock, NY – March 2014) An exhibit of artwork by Cazenovia High students will be at the new Woodstock Free library from March 17 through April 25.  Most of the works included in the exhibit were entered in the Scholastic Art Competition.

A reception for the opening of the show will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday March 17.  The reception is free and open to the public.  The exhibit is open during all regular library hours.

“The library has partnered with Cazenovia High School to showcase student art for more than 16 consecutive years,” said Library Director Norm Parry. “For many students this is their first experience showing their work.  Students have enjoyed the opportunity to share their talents; the library community enjoys viewing the remarkable work the students have done.  This is a fine opportunity for the public to see the results of the school district’s commitment to art education,” Parry said.
