Hamilton Public Library news
(Hamilton, NY – April 2014) The Hamilton Public Library annual newsletter is in the process of being mailed to area residents. We hope you’ll take a moment or two to read through our news and enjoy some photographs from the past year.
Included with the newsletter is a special letter from our Friends of the Library organization, extending a tremendous thank you to all who have supported the library through generous giving to the Friends of the Hamilton Public Library, Inc.
Thanks to your generosity this past year, donations to the Friends of the Library, along with the proceeds from the Friends’ book sale, are helping the library to update technical facilities in the Community Room, purchase a commercial-grade vacuum cleaner for the library, provide refreshments for library-sponsored programs and events and provide copies of the Book Page booklet free of charge to our patrons each month.
The Friends hope to continue to help the library to enhance services, programs and facilities in the future. They also ask you to join your friends and neighbors in continuing to help the library through donations to our Friends of the Library group.
A membership form is included with their letter in the newsletter; they are hoping you will return it with the generosity you have shown in the past so the Hamilton Public Library can remain a great hub of resources and information for the community.
They also offer an option to donate online now; simply click the “donate” button located in the menu on the right side of the Hamilton Public Library website.
On behalf of all our Friends and volunteers, we truly appreciate your consideration and generosity; with your support, we can do so much!
