(Herkimer, NY – July 21, 2014) State Police announce the arrest of Andrew J. Pensabene, age 48, from 112 Roberts Road in the Town of Camillus was arrested July 21 and charged with the following:
Criminal Sex Act 3rd degree, a class “E” felony
Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor
Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor
Harassment 2nd degree, a violation
Pensabene is accused of having sexual contact with a 16 year-old male from July 14 to July 20 in the Town of Newport, Herkimer County. He was arraigned in the Town of Newport and remanded to the Herkimer County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond. Pensabene is scheduled to appear in the Town of Newport Court on Aug. 19 at 4 p.m.
Pensabene is the owner of a local landscaping company. Investigators believe there may be more victims in the Onondaga County area.
