(New Hartford, Herkimer, NY – Sept. 2014) Adirondack Community Physicians (ACP) is pleased to welcome Kathy Freeman, FNP to the ACP New Hartford Medical Office and Stephanie Roberts, MS, FNP to the Mohawk Valley Medical Office.
Prior her position as a FNP at the ACP New Hartford Medical Office, Kathy Freeman served as a registered nurse (RN) at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare’s Genesee Urgent Care and as a RN at the ACP New Hartford Medical Office.
Freeman earned her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from SUNYIT in Utica, New York, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York, and her RN/Associate of Applied Science degree from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, New York.
Freeman joins the office of Drs. Clark, Kalil, Kokot and Krause.
