(Cazenovia, NY – Oct. 2013) Come hungry and join Rhonda Hammond Arnsby, certified chef and nutritional counselor, for “Healthy Mediterranean Meals” at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, in the Cazenovia Public Library Community Room.
During Arnsby’s class, attendees will learn the art of living a long and disease free life by preparing delicious, healthy gourmet meals using traditional whole foods as medicine.
Arnsby is a level IV macrobiotic teacher and counselor with a masters’ degree in natural health. To heal from malignant melanoma and become a cancer survivor, she used food as her medicine. Currently, Arnsby runs a wellness center on DeRuyter Lake, teaching people how to heal through traditional cooking methods.
