(Town of Vienna, NY – Dec. 5, 2014) State Police arrested Richard A. Dellomorte, age 33, from Bernards Bay in the Town of Vienna for second-degree Assault, a class “D” felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.

Dellomorte was charged after a four month investigation into the suspected physical abuse of a 1 year old child in his care.

Dellomorte was arraigned before the Town of Vienna Court and remanded to Oneida County Jail with bail set at $20,000 cash or bond.

The investigation was conducted by the New York State Police, the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, Child Protective Services, and the Oneida County DA’s Office.

 

 

 

Baldwinsville Woman arrested, charged with giving alcohol to minors

Troendle(Town of Lysander, NY – Dec. 5, 2014) On Dec. 2 State Police in Lysander arrested 45 year-old, Christine A. Troendle of Baldwinsville for  (7 Counts of each of the following) – Endangering the Welfare of a Child, first-degree Unlawfully Dealing with a Child  (subsections 1 and 2) and second-degree Criminal Nuisance.

The investigation determined that on Nov. 14, while hosting a sleepover at her residence on Highland Drive in the Town of Lysander, Troendle did provide alcohol to seven girls ranging in age from 13 years old to 15 years old.

It is further alleged that during the course of that evening, the defendant did have direct knowledge that a substance purported to be marijuana and concentrated cannabis was also being used on the premises.

She was arraigned in the Town of Lysander Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Jail on $5,000 cash/$5,000 secured bond.
As the investigation moves forward, Troopers are asking anyone with information on this incident or any other incidents that may have occurred at the residence to contact them at SP Lysander 638-8200

 

 

Two Arrested in Connection with Chittenango Bank Robbery

Lohr(Chittenango, NY – Dec. 5, 2014) State Police in Oneida arrested Alicia L. Lohr, age 22, of Rocky Road, Oneida for first-degree Robbery and fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance after an investigation into the bank robbery at the Oneida Savings Bank branch in Chittenango Dec. 2.

Lohr was identified as a suspect through several Facebook and news tips, which were called in to the State Police by the public and she was located and arrested at her residence.

Also arrested was Alyssa L. Boswell, age 22, from Canastota for firs-degree Robbery, a class “B” felony. Alyssa Boswell(1)
During the ongoing investigation, investigators were able to determine that Boswell was an accomplice.

Boswell was arraigned in the Town of Sullivan Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail on $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond.

This investigation is continuing.

State Police were assisted in this investigation by the Chittenango Police Department and the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.

 

Troopers Investigate Body found in Town of Onondaga

(Lafayette,, NY – Dec. 4, 2014) State Police have identified the male as 47 year-old, Matthew H. Theetge, from Rider Avenue in the City of Syracuse.
State Police in Lafayette investigated the body discovered in a wooded area off Vlasko Road south of McDonald Road in the town of Onondaga.
Family members discovered the male just before 11:30 a.m. after they were checking a walking trail off Vlasko Road where he was known to visit.

The 47 year-old male was reported missing by his family on Sunday from his residence in the City of Syracuse.

There appears to be no sign of foul play.

An autopsy is scheduled at the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The investigation is continuing.
