(Marcy, NY – Jan. 2015) On Dec. 23, 2014, State Police in Marcy arrested Osman Makic, age 28, of Yorkville for one count of second-degree Burglary in the Second Degree (class “C” felony).
After a 4 month investigation it was determined that Makic broke into a home in the Town of Marcy Aug. 1, 2014 and stole property from within.
Makic was arraigned in the Town of Marcy Court, Honorable Justice David Kozyra presiding, and remanded back to the Oneida County Jail, where had been lodged on unrelated charges.
