(Cazenovia, NY – April 2015) The third and final presentation by the Alzheimer’s Association, Central NY Chapter, will be given at the Cazenovia Public Library on Wednesday, April 8 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
If you or someone you know is affected by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, it’s time to learn the facts. The April 8th presentation “Legal and Financial Planning” will give an overview of pertinent legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. An overview of financial issues and options such as Medicare, Medicaid, or Veterans’ Benefits will also be covered.
