Kallet civic center(Oneida, NY- April 2015) International Illusionist Leon Etienne who has been rocking audiences across the globe with his classical illusions will bring his award-winning show to the Oneida Kallet Civic Center on April 17 at 8 p.m.  Etienne plans to perform some of his rare illusions thought lost with Houdini, which he will recreate with a rock show edge.

Born and raised in Utica, Etienne knew at the young age of 12 that he was destined for the world stage when he first discovered his love and skill for magic from a book of tricks.

Just more than a decade after he first discovered his true art, he has performed for thousands of audiences, in hundreds of different venues on five of the seven continents where his “Magic Rocks” shows have captivated audiences and left them in awe.

Etienne has appeared on international television shows, and headlined events in the U.S. in cities like Las Vegas, Miami and New York.  He has been the opening act for several major national recording artists, including Eric Hutchinson, The Marshall Tucker Band, and platinum-selling Blue Oyster Cult.

As seen on America’s Got Talent, Etienne has won several prestigious awards for his performances, including being voted the Campus Entertainer of The Year by Superior Programming Magazine;  CNY Magician of the Year and Stage Magic Champion from the Magicians’ Alliance of Eastern States.

Leon combines his natural skill, and ever developing repertoire to amaze his audiences with his world-class, one-of-a-kind, performances.
