(Oneida, NY – Aug. 6, 2015) Dale E. Martin, 51, of N. Broad Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 3 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.
Katherine J. Mariano, 25, of Seneca Street, Oneida was charged Aug. with third-degree Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She is alleged to have punched, kicked and bit a victim in the driveway of an apartment building on W. Elm Street in view of two children under the age of 6.
Harold F. Ortman Jr., 32, of Farrier Avenue, Oneida was charged Aug. 5 with Issuing a Bad Check.
A 16-year old resident of Spring Street, Rome was charged Aug. 5 with Petit Larceny and fifth-degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Rent A Center. Madison County Sherriff’s Office assisted with the case.
Daniel T. Diaz, 26, of Main Street, Sylvan Beach was charged Aug. 5 with second-degree Harassment for alleged physical harassment.
