(Sauquoit, NY – Sept. 2015) The Oneida County Association of Towns (OCAOT) will have Oneida County Executive, Anthony Picente, Jr. and Dr. Robert Geer, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at SUNY Poly both speak on “Nano in the Mohawk Valley….What does it mean for Towns?” at the OCAOT Sept. 15 dinner meeting to be held at Orchard Hall Restaurant (2955 Oneida St.) in Sauquoit.

Cash bar is at 5:30 p.m. Dinner meeting starts promptly at 6 p.m.

Picente and Geer will give their presentation after dinner has been served.

“Given the recent news regarding the nano developments at SUNY Poly, I thought it would make for an excellent topic for leaders in Oneida County towns to find out more information about,” said Fritz Scherz, OCAOT President. “I want to thank Mr. Picente and Dr. Geer in advance for agreeing to speak to the OCAOT on a topic that is of interest to many. I hope to see many of my colleagues from local government in Oneida County at this meeting and encourage those interested to sign up right away as seating is limited and we’re on a tight deadline.”

The OCAOT has a goal of helping towns obtain greater economy and efficiency, and to provide learning and networking opportunities for town officials. Officials from local government in Oneida County are welcome to attend all OCAOT meetings.

The cost per attendee is $20. For reservations, contact Fritz at: fritz@fritzscherz.com or call: (315) 363-3509 no later than noon on Sept. 10.
