(Hamilton, NY – Sept. 2015) Two up-coming programs at the Hamilton Public Library.
If you or someone you know has a disability and is interested in employment, or preparing to make the transition from school to the workforce, you might consider attending this information session on Monday Sept. 21 from 6:30-7:30pm. Join Kathleen Joyce, senior vocational resource councilor for ACCESS-VR (under the New York State Education Department) to learn more about helping individuals with disabilities transition from school to work, and assisting
adults with finding employment.
If you are new to computers, basic applications, or the internet, then this Internet Basics class is for you. This session on Thursday, Sept. 24 from 5:30 to 6:30pm is designed to help beginners navigate the Internet with ease and understand how it can benefit you. This introductory workshop will guide you through the basics while providing up-to-date information on the latest online tools and technologies.
